Black Clover has a pretty diverse magic system based on grimoires and different elements/types. It gets really creative!
Mahoutsukai no Yome (Ancient Magus' Bride) has a beautiful, ancient, and mystical approach to magic. Visually stunning too. ✨
Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic! Djinn equips and the Rukh system are really interesting. Plus great world-building.
Toaru series (A Certain Magical Index/Scientific Railgun) has a super complex and scientific magic/esper system. It's awesome.
Jujutsu Kaisen! Cursed energy and techniques are so unique and diverse for each character. It's a fresh take.
