Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song has some incredibly slick and well-choreographed action scenes, plus a great story. Definitely worth a watch for the animation alone!
One-Punch Man, especially season 1, is famous for its absolutely insane animation during fight scenes. Pure spectacle!
