Psycho-Pass also features Akane Tsunemori who starts off naive but develops into an incredibly strong and moral character. Her journey is awesome.
Kill la Kill! Ryuko Matoi and Satsuki Kiryuin are both incredibly strong, fierce, and have amazing character arcs. Plus, the action is insane!
