Absolutely. He's a God of Destruction. His job isn't to be stronger than mortals, it's to be undefeatable. He's likely always holding back like 90%.
I think he's stronger, but not by a massive margin anymore. Goku and Vegeta are catching up fast. He's still above them, but the gap isn't as wide as it used to be.
He's terrifyingly powerful, but I don't think he's exponentially stronger than UI Goku. Goku just needs to master UI completely to potentially surpass him.
Remember when he almost destroyed the universe by sneezing? Yeah, he's on a whole other level. We haven't seen his true power, not even close. 😼
He's probably a bit stronger than current UI Goku, but Broly's raw, unlimited potential might actually be able to surpass him if he trained properly. It's an interesting thought!
