I stumbled across this forum through a tweet from the admin (thanks for setting this up, btw!).
So a brand new forum? That's exactly what I've been looking for.
A bit about me: I've been watching anime for about 8 years. My all-time favorites are March Comes in Like a Lion, Mob Psycho 100, and Dorohedoro. I'm also that weirdo who actually watches all the OP/ED animations every single episode.
Since this is a fresh start, I'd love to help shape the culture here. I'm planning to start a "Weekly What-are-you-watching" thread later today if no one beats me to it.
