I'm a huge fan of mind games, moral dilemmas, and suspenseful plots. Death Note and Monster are two of my absolute favorites! Can anyone recommend other psychological thrillers that keep you on the edge of your seat and make you think? I'm looking for something dark and thought-provoking.
"Psycho-Pass" is a must-watch if you love psychological thrillers! It's dystopian sci-fi with amazing world-building and moral questions.
"Erased" (Boku dake ga Inai Machi) is a fantastic thriller with time travel elements and a gripping mystery. Very well paced!
"Code Geass" has incredible mind games, strategy, and moral ambiguity, similar to Death Note's chess match feel. Highly recommend!
"Perfect Blue" (movie) is an absolute masterpiece of psychological horror/thriller. It's intense and will mess with your head. 😱
Check out "Paranoia Agent" by Satoshi Kon. It's an older series but brilliantly explores psychological themes and societal anxieties.
