Just finished Attack on Titan and I'm left with a huge void! I loved the grand scale, the mysteries, and the intense action. Anything out there that can give me a similar feeling of awe and constant suspense? Really craving something that keeps me on the edge of my seat.
Definitely check out 'Eighty-Six'! It has similar themes of war, prejudice, and fantastic mecha action with really high stakes. The world-building is top-notch too. You'll love it! 🔥
Maybe 'Vinland Saga'? Different setting but the character development, brutal fights, and profound themes are just as good, if not better. It's a historical epic that will stick with you.
If you liked the mystery and survival aspect, 'The Promised Neverland' season 1 is a must-watch! Don't watch season 2 though, just read the manga for that. 😉
For a similar dark fantasy vibe and epic scale, 'Berserk' (manga is best, but 97 anime is good) is the blueprint! Be warned, it's very mature. 'Claymore' also has monster-slaying heroines.
Code Geass for the tactical genius and world-changing plot, although it's sci-fi mecha. The twists and turns are insane! You won't regret it.
