I'd suggest 'My Hero Academia'. It's a shonen series that introduces superhero tropes in an exciting way, with a clear good vs. evil narrative and awesome powers. Very easy to get into!

You might enjoy 'Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation'! It has incredibly detailed world-building, a true sense of adventure, and deep character growth over a long period. Just be aware of the protagonist's early flaws.

It's a meta question. If you take Saitama's gag seriously, he wins. If you try to power-scale, Goku wins. So depends on how you interpret it.
