I think the limit is what he can devour. Some concepts might be too fundamental or protected by other devils. But if he gets to it, it's gone.
He literally erased the existence of WWII, Nazis, AIDS, and even other devils' names. So yeah, I'd say he can erase anything he eats. He's terrifyingly powerful. 💀
Maybe the limit is his 'will' to erase it. If Denji isn't feeling it, maybe Pochita can't just delete things willy-nilly. It's about his host's intent.
