Gurren Lagann is a fantastic starting point! It's pure hype, over-the-top action, and an amazing story. You'll love it! 💪
Code Geass is a great choice too! It combines mecha with strategy, good characters, and a compelling plot.
Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury is a very recent and accessible entry, great animation and story.
Neon Genesis Evangelion, but be warned, it gets deep and philosophical. A classic for a reason though.
Eighty-Six! It's got fantastic mecha action, great characters, and a really touching story. Highly recommend it!
